IOS has facilities for the inspection, refurbishment and repair of drillpipe, casing and tubing.
Conveying and rolling all tubulars under hydraulic control through the various inspection processes limits handling and ensures a safer inspection procedure.
A specially designed waste water system means the cleaning of tubulars is done in a manner to minimise the impact on the local environment.

Subsea wellhead and tree cleaning facility including:
- A dedicated bunded area specifically constructed to allow the high pressure cleaning of wellheads, trees and other large oilfield equipment.
- No requirement for unloading from the trailer unit
- Cleaning area fully bunded for zero water egress
Environmental features of the facility include:
- Water blast areas fully bunded for zero water egress
- All Water recycled through a waste water filtration system
- Re-use of water following filtration
- Waste materials disposed of via external environmental contractor
